New LED downlights wanted

Hi there, we have just bought a house with GU10 downlights and a few standard bulbs in the internal garage, we are looking to replace all with white flush/flat LED dimmable downlights, there are about 30 gu10 and about 8 stock original style bulbs in internal garage, we also might want new stair leds for stairwell fitted too, currently no stairwell lights, also looking at wifi touch switches and wireless gpo units to be fitted, I can supply au/nz certified switches or take advice on whats best, these wifi switches will be used in sync with full home automation, we move in this Saturday 16th November and would be looking at getting it done asap after that. Sorry for the poor picture that was more so for some plastering/painting work also required.
