Light fitting needs replacing - after water leaked through from top floor

After the heavy rains, a top floor balcony drain was blocked. The water built up and leaked inside via the balcony door, then got into the ceiling space between Level 1 and Level 2, and was discovered flowing out of ONE light fitting.
