Multiple small (hopefully) light fixes/installation

Three little jobs: 1) Moving a light fixture in the garage and installing a new one. Just the normal plain light fixtures, nothing fancy. 2) A couple of MR16 light fixtures in my kitchen aren't working. I've recently tried to replace the bulbs with LED and not working either. 3) Looking to replace a outdoor light with a security light. Need some budget info around this on what to look for/how much it will take to install.
