Flood Light Installation with Exisiting hardware

I have a current floodlight attached to the soffit side of the house. I bought a Eufy floodlight with a camera that I want to replace the existing floodlight. The hard wire is there for installation (photos uploaded for reference. Also, looking into installing another LAN cable to one of the rooms in the house which will be intended to be an office space.
