Install 2 x pendant lights next to bed

Looking for someone to install 2 c pendant lights one either side of the bed. I will purchase the lights. We are in a double story house but there is a man hole just to the side of where we want the lights installed as well as lights not to far away from where they will be. I think you will definitely need to have a look at it to make sure it can be done or I am happy for a quote to be provided based on what you can see if you think that’s possible Photo of the area attached happy to send more if need be
