Supply and Install outdoor sensor light and change indoor switch

I'd like an outdoor sensor light supplied and installed to the soffit and light switch changed. There is already a switch for a light in the soffit, so ideal is for this switch to be changed to match the others. It's approximately 1400 from light switch to roof and approximately 4000 along the roof (both are over estimated).
