Replace floodlight, install outdoor outlet, replace kitchen pendant lights

We want the old floodlight in front of the house replaced with new Ring floodlight camera (wired). I will supply this. Also, we'd like an outdoor outlet at one side of the house as we have none currently and this is needed for charging electric car and outdoor equipment as I have no garage. If you can get the materials for this, it would be great. Lastly, we need the kitchen pendant light replaced please (new light will be supplied by me).
