Change transformer for LED or put new LED downlights

See from the pictures, both lights are 12v MR16. I bought MR16 LED, put them on, those 3 downlights were flicking, and the long strip one was ok for first few days, then died one by one. I want all these lights changed to using MR16 LED, or change them to E27 LED downlights.
