install downlights

Hello, I am wanting to change out my lights throughout whole house. The kitchen/dinning room and lounge will need a design made for light placement. Rest of the house will just be replacing lights where they are. The hallway and one bedroom currently have these old big round lights I would like replaced with something more modern. the Two downstairs bedrooms lights will need to be moved about 1m to center of the room. Picture one is type of light fitting that is in 4/5 bedrooms. Picture two is type of fitting that is in one bedroom and 3 in hallway Picture three is kitchen and dinning room area which will need new light placement Picture four is lounge which I would need new light placements any questions please let me know.
