2 lights replacing/ checking a third light

3 different issues: - Light in in out lounge that needs replacing. Stopped working a while ago. Recessed light so fitted to the ceiling - Light in kitchen doesn't work even after lightbulb was replaced - Bathroom heating light bulb went off tried to take it out thinking it was replaceable but its wired. Wires twisted needs a new bulb and instalation. Prefer someone that is serious and takes into consideration our concerns. Had bad experiences with tradies not listening to requests or doing a good job that last. A Saturday job would be more efficient
