Lighting and extractor fan in bathroom needed

Hey guys, something is going on in my bathroom. The light in the bathroom keeps blowing. Like 3 times in the last week or 2. Not sure what it is going on but doesn’t sound safe to me! Hoping to get this sorted asap and likely upgrade the lights to leds like the kitchen, or something newer anyway and put an extractor fan in if it’s not too expensive! 1960s house.

So happy with the work Cam has done. He was easy to deal with, explained all costs, and gave me options so I could decide in the end what I wanted to do.
