Replace short-circuited outdoor bulb fittings

I have two bulb fittings on either side of the garage door. The left one is quite exposed to the elements and short-circuited during the recent heavy rain. It tripped the fuse and keeps tripping the fuse even when it’s dried out. I need a sparky to make it safe and usable again. Ideally to replace with a new bulb fitting and lamp shade, but other ideas are welcome.

Gary came around when he said he would, and was able to come back the next day to do the work as planned. Easiest tradie I dealt with in a long time!
