Replace Old Light Fixture with New Pendant Light

Change an old light fixture with a new pendant/hanging light. I would like the job done this week (w/c 13 December), flexible with times. Looking for a local electrician in area (Half Moon Bay) to limit travel and time/cost on the job. I expect this to be a 30-45min job to remove existing fixture and install new.
