Replace kitchen downlights plus two other jobs

There are three jobs: a) The existing lights in the kitchen keep dropping out (see photo), so we have bought new (LCD) ones to replace the existing ones. b) There is a socket in the kitchen that seems to trigger a circuit breaker when the dishdrawer is plugged in to it - we'd like this fixed. c) The lights in our bedroom have stopped working and it doesn't seem to be a problem with the lights so maybe it is wiring. If you could investigate this and fix it it would be great, thanks
