Install a light in the rumpus room and check phone connection

Our rumpus room needs to have a light installed on the ceiling. I'm not sure where the nearest electrical writing is. I would prefer to get a quote for the work first as I'm not sure of everything involved. The phone and internet line into the house also needs to be checked.
