Replace emdedded deck lighting

I'm painting the house, and I am keen to replace four embedded light fittings on our deck, with modern LED fittings, preferably in black. To give give you an idea of what I'm thinking off - something like this --- The outside of the current fittings measure 225x130mm. One is severely corroded, as per the photo, the others are all in working order. They have been sealed around the outside with silicon. It would be great if possible, for the job to be completed in Jan :-)
