Fix light fittings and replace light bulbs

I need someone to replace all light bulbs in the house, I have replaced the ones I can but in some the light fittings seem to be faulty. So may also need you to get into the roof and see what's going on. Possibly caused by pests in the roof as a couple of beetles have fallen out of lights & I have heard a bird or rat up there.

Change old lights switches.

Can anyone come to install light switches in my house? There are 9 that need changed over, one of which needs to be moved about 50cm across the wall. The new switches are Livolo brand touch switches but have a very simple wiring. I would do it but in NZ we need to be certified for safety. I am not in a rush so any evening or weekend if this is an option?
