Brighten dark room

I have a 4.2m x 4.2m room with four recessed lights that are a bit gutless. I am using the room as an office now and I want it to have office level brightness. Job is supply and install of 4x lights. Existing holes are around 80mm diameter so I expect they'll need enlarging. The existing lights were installed 2014 or so, see photo for detail. There is a dimmer switch installed. The room is in a gloomy part of the house. Brightness suitable for computer work is the priority but I'd also like the option to be able to turn it cosy for evening use. Please quote for two options: standard lights and smart lights with ability to change colour via wifi.

Jamie was great to deal with, really good communicator. Quick reply to messages, clear on the quote details and kept me up to date when he was running a bit late due to unforeseeable circumstances. It was a new product for him so it took him a little longer than he'd expected to get it setup and he still stuck to the quote. Happy to recommend him.
