1. The ceilings are to be reclad in Gib starting 17 October and existing lighting is to be replaced with downlights as part of that job. Access to the property is available as of 13 October for early wiring etc.
2. The bathroom is to be renovated and a new hotpoint is to be installed near the vanity.
