Replace light fittings, and inspect extractor fan

I am looking for a sparky to replace 5 wall light fittings. This is a replacement, to my knowledge no re-wiring needs to be done. I have the replacement lights. My bathroom extractor fan has also stopped working, which was installed 2 years ago, so I was hoping someone could have a look at that to see what the issue is.

Quick and effective! The final cost was not as expected, but this is just because the job was larger than we had initially thought. Darren let me now before he left that the job would be more than originally thought. Space was left tidy, and the lights look great! Would use again, and recommend :)
