Changing the pre-existing lights to receded lights

Hi I’m considering to re-do my ceiling and as a part of the job, wanting to change lightings of the lounge and kitchen to receded lights. Currently has two lights in the lounge and one in the kitchen but will be wanting to change to four receded lights in the lounge and two in the kitchen.
