Drop Pendants over night stand

We are wanting to add drop pendant lights over the night stands in our master bedroom. There is not currently any lighting here. There is good ceiling access through the garage. Would like them to run from a seperate switch to main lights. Happy to use a double vertical switch to run both main lights and the second one for the pendants. I will supply the pendants.
