LED light strip installed on underside of bathroom vanity

We are wanting to obtain quotes for installing an LED strip on the underside of the bathroom vanity that is activated by a sensor upon entry into the bathroom. We would also consider a small circular light in the wall near where the existing white circle is however this may be more challenging given that the wall is tiled. There is a powerpoint nearby as seen in the photo which might be of use? One of these powerpoints can easily be removed as it is not necessary and the plate replaced to include the sensor if useful.
