Overall happy with the work done but seriously disappointed with his professionalism, we had to get him back a second time to adjust our sensor lights which was fine but instead of calling/txting us to let us know he was there so we could open the locked gate, he just jumped over and let himself into the property and just started working without us knowing he was even there, totally unacceptable for him to just jump over the locked gate.

"This couple asked me to come to their property to readjust their security light. I have done it early morning on a Saturday. I have arrived to the place at the arranged time, however the guys were inside the property sleeping and did not answer the phone. After waiting I got into the partially fenced section to perform the job. It is absolutely acceptable here in NZ. In addition these guys asked me to help with the TV connection, which I did my best helping them. This customer is dangerous!"
