Lightning fix + 2 x switch fix/replacement

I have four small electrical jobs as follows: 1. The lights in my garage either flicker or don’t work at all. House is only four years old so assume they weren’t installed correctly. Would like fixed or replace with LED like the rest of the house. 2. The light switch for upstairs light and downstairs light is the wrong way round so I need it reversed. 3. The switch in my bathroom turns on the light and the fan. I’d like two separate switches if possible. 4. The lights in my extractor fan are also flickering
