Repair bathroom lights

We would like someone to look at the lights in the bathrooms at 10 Applefield Court, Northwood. They are flickering in one bathroom, and in the other bathroom the light above the shower now only works sometimes. Changing the bulbs doesn't help. We have had a few electricians look at them over the years.
