Installing four LED lights, one spotlight

Hello, I'm looking for a Master electrician to install four Luce Bella 10W LED Downlights- one in one room, and three in a second room. Also in this second room I'd like one LED spotlight installed too, on a separate switch to the LED lights. I've already bought the lights and the double switch.
