Lighting for living area renovation
Job description
We are refurbishing our ceiling and currently, installing gib so need this sparky job done almost immediately so we can move on with the job. We have an experienced builder working on the job. Just only requires re-running lights for small lounge dining and kitchen area and positioning of an outdoor plug, and two new interior plugs. + We want to upgrade the look and install downlights ( with adjustable settings) in this area with possible feature light over the breakfast bench and living room area. + As we have installed new ranch sliders to the deck, we want to also a run wire to the soffit and have a switch for outdoor lighting in the future. + We also want to install approx 3 additional plugs in the space. + As we have removed some walls recently, we also have 3 wires/switches hanging at present that need to be run down the walls and installed properly. The house has been rewired and has RCD's on it, so no rewiring is required.
