Replacing 11 ceiling lights with LED downlights

I have recently moved into a new place and dislike the lighting, I’ve purchased downlights ( --- /) I just need someone to install them. 3 are already downlights and 8 are not so would need holes to be cut etc too. I also would like someone to disconnect my bathroom fan from the bathroom light if possible and have it’s own switch. Don’t need someone to do the smart side of things just FYI.
