LED Replacement of Interior Downlights and Exterior wall lights
Job description
My 1998 built house has standard incandescent lamp down lights installed in most internal areas, with halogens in the ensuite, however the previous owners installed LED downlights in the renovated kitchen. The majority of the exterior lighting is wall mounted to a brick cladding, except for 3 downlights in the soffit above the garage door. I would like to replace all of these with appropriate LED fittings. All internal fittings are standard ceiling height, and all exterior lighting on ground floor walls. Quantity: Std Internal downlight - 18 fittings Wet area downlight - 7 fittings Garage internal downlight - 4 fittings Exterior wall Lights - 5 fittings Exterior downlights - 3 fittings I am seeking pricing from suitably qualified electrician's for all costs associated with the installation of replacement fittings internally and externally excluding supply price. Price to also include for the addition of PIR sensors externally if a suitable fitting with built in PIR is not available for the coastal location. Supply price of fitting will be dependent on agreement of final fitting selection, with internal downlights to match existing LED kitchen lights. Please indicate any mark up on trade prices that will be added to supply. If you are a supplier of lighting, please indicate the total price and the assumed fitting.

Anthony was professional presented, with well detailed and helpful quotes provided for the works. The timing of the work was easily agreed with clear communication.
