Check and repair lighting, service heatpump

We had our house completely rewired by Southside Electrical in 2013 during major renovations. We have had ongoing issues with the Halogen lighting they installed and had them back many times in the first 18months because bulbs kept blowing. They said it was because their apprentice hadn't tightened some fittings properly, but they'd now fixed them. We have had ongoing problems with one of the lights and they have not returned our request to come and resolve this. We would like a suitably experienced person to check the lighting and fix any issues. We also have a Daikin heatpump (13yrs) at a house in Cashmere that we would like checked/serviced.
