Remove 2 wall lights in lounge, replacing one with a power point.

I would like 2 lights removed from lounge (pictured). One needs to be removed completely and covered over, but the other one I want a power point fitted (a TV will be hung from the wall in this spot, so might as well use the cables already present). The light switch for the lights will also need to be deactivated. Thanks.
