Six halogen recessed ceiling lights in the kitchen living room need to be replaced preferably with “IC” rated LED fittings as at present the current halogen fittings do not comply with electrical standards. Surrounds also need to be re-fitted around 1-2 of the other recessed ceiling lights to keep the Insulfluff away from touching these.
