We have two rooms which have recessed ceilings and we would like dimmable LED strip lighting installed to provide the following look. Warm white light.

Room 1
Approx 1000cm x 350cm

Room 2
Approx 400cm x 350cm

It appears wiring was installed in both rooms when the house was built (5 years ago) see photo.
