Install large David Trubridge Light over dining table in St Heliers home

Hi there, We have a David Trubridge light ( --- ) that we want to install above our dining table. See pics attached - light previously installed, dining table area, and the parts we have. We may need additional parts - unsure, but would like it hung about 30cm below ceiling with white parts. We are in St Heliers, and keen to get it up asap. Unsure on costs, but hoping nothing too outrageous ;) Thanks, Sarah
