Check light fittings

Several of my light fittings no longer work. The lights are those which are fitted into the ceiling and therefore are flush with the ceiling. About 6 or seven light fittings need to be looked at. One light fitting needs to be completely replaced as bulb fitting rusted in and can't be removed. Needs to be done on a weekend.
