replace current lights

Hi there, We just bought a newly built apartment. We want to replace some of the lights. I have attached the current lights available and the ceiling light that I want to install in place of it. Also is it possible to replace them with E27 light bulbs? There are a lot of these lights around the apartment, I want to change two to ceiling down lights. And the rest either leave it or replace some with E27 bulbs. What would be the cost to do it per ceiling light? Thank you. Jim
