Upgrade bathroom lighting and repair extractor fan
Job description
Hi, I have an internal bathroom in an apartment with two issues needing someone with electrical/lighting expertise: 1. The bathroom has very dim lighting. from a downlight in the ceiling and wall light over the mirror - I would like better lighting in the bathroom, but I don't know how best to achieve this on a reasonable budget. Would like some advice from someone who has experience in this area and can do the work. It is a rental apartment, so I don't want to spend a bomb, but I do want the bathroom to look nicer and brighter. 2. The extractor fan above the shower has stopped working properly again - 6 months ago the same thing happened and I had electricians come and they fixed it (invoice says they repaired the ducting), but same issue has recurred so I think I need a second opinion. Shane was great - good to communicate with, knowledgeable, flexible and helpful. It was a bonus that he was able to help me with both building and electrical work, and coordinated with other trades for the part of the job that required a plumber. He was really obliging and end result is great, for a fair price. Will definitely be in touch again next time I need electrical or building work done.
