Insurance requirements

We are looking at getting land lord insurance through State but they require a builder to go in and have a look at the retaining wall on our section. “A retaining wall is an exterior wall, generally separate from the home, that specifically holds land in position (retains the land) preventing slippage, weather, erosion and other movements that can occur to land as opposed to a garden wall that may be present to separate areas and provide the desired landscaping. A garden wall is purely aesthetic and serves no purpose for protecting the structure of the land.” They need confirmation of wither it’s for the aesthetic or of its there to hold land up. We can tell that it’s not for the aesthetic but they need confirmation from a licensed builder. Could we have someone go around and confirm this for us? We would need a report in writing too.
