Need wooden retaining wall - 16m width + 5m sides

I need a wooden retaining wall built on my sloped front lawn. It is 16m wide, so presumably 17 x 100mm square posts, with rails. I believe it can be up to 2m high but probably only about 1.5m high is necessary. I would do it myself but I need a professional to make the retaining wall able to handle the weight of the cleanfill. You would need to organise the cleanfill and metal/gravel and get it poured, please. Also it's useful if we double-check to make sure we know where the water pipes are so we don't hit them.
