Job description
We have a blank canvas. Flat property. In need, initially, of an area paved or cobbled (path to washing line and open area) and part of the drive into the garage concreted. All base shingles are there spread over the area and slightly compacted due to use

Wanted 50% deposit and we felt great pressure a couple of days before Xmas to commit to contract and pay deposit. Did not arrive to commence work on the date advised, choosing to work on someone else’s job. We cancelled our contract due to non performance and many times requested the return of our deposit. It’s now been over 2 months and no money has been refunded. We had two quotes for the same job and they came in $7000 less than Tee. We were very naive. I would never recommend this person.
