Tidy bank and prepare for easy maintenance

I've got a slopping section on my property about 3-4 metres wide between two retaining walls, and running for perhaps 20 metres. The slope increases in angle along the 20 metre length. It's currently badly overgrown. At the base of the lower retaining wall is some old wood chip that I can't keep on top of from a weed perspective. I'd like that resolved also. I'd like it tidied up, perhaps one of the trees moved, and left in a state that both looks good and is easy to maintain. Especially the former, as it's likely we'll want to sell the property this year.
