Paving or laying of concrete tiles in small garden

Concrete tiles/pavers need to be layed on the ground ouside. Ground must be compacted first. Small area. We have put down black plastic over the grass - so there are no weeds. We also want the area between the house and fence done, No idea what it will cost.
