Job description

Paving
Western BOP

I have a winding path through a small garden orchard, approx 17 to 20 meters long x 0.5 meter wide. The garden is on a slope and the path creates a level walking area. I had a go at creating a crazy paving path using andicite stone from a local quarry. The lower side of the path was built up with stone mortared together. The path itself is held together with soil. The original idea was to find a moss to grow in the cracks but can't find anything that will keep out the weeds and not cover the stone itself. The new idea is to pull up the path and concrete the stones back into place and add a small retaining wall 300 - 400 mm high on the high side of the path. I am looking for someone to do this or recommend a cost effective alternative that gives me the same look and feel. If this can be done as suggested then we will be able to recycle the stone. We may need to get some more for the retaining and we would need to get concrete as well.
