We require a solution to the poor drainage on our flat back section. In winter and after heavy rain, water forms a large pool. Previous owners of our house have installed a soak pit (not very successful) and have spread some loose gravel to stop it getting too muddy underfoot. Note: See my other listing for a new driveway. It's likely that the easiest direction for drainage is to the top of the new driveway.
