As per pictures attached, we have some outdoor stairs which need some work as the 'sleepers' have started to rot. Open to suggestions on how to tackle this - looking for most cost effective option, whether it be replacing the rotten sleepers and incorporating bricks (similar to current style) or putting in pebbled concrete stairs (to match the surrounding area), or something else.
