Paving job - Lyall Bay

I want to replace grass/lawn with paving on an area approx 5700mm x 2500mm. Doesn't need to be fancy as the area sits next to a concrete slab anyway, but needs proper drainage. Pavers will need to be cut to accommodate existing drain cover, retaining wall timbers and small area with tree planted that I want to keep (see pics). Please note, access to the lawn area is through the house only, no outside access. I can dig out soil to depth of 10cm if that makes it easier for sand/gravel, let me know your preference. Flexible on timing for the job.
