Concrete pads for Spa Pool + Wooden storage boxes

I have two raised areas that currently have loose stone in them. I'd like these concreted and the two small garden beds next to them removed as well (so that the area to be concreted is slightly larger than the current stone covered area. Each raised area is approx 3200mm x 2000mm The higher of the two raised areas will need to have concrete of at least 100mm to support a Spa. On the fence line where the garden beds are to be removed, I'd like two storage boxes made of Vitex. The top of the stage boxes should hinge to allow access.
