Basic Carpad with some retaining

We are thinking about if it was possible to put in a carpad for our motorhome. I have attached a photograph of where I think it could go. However we do have some pipework and a manhole to be avoided. So I would make the assumption that having something other than concrete would be good (gravel or paving?) with some retaining in case it was needed to access the pipes (not that we have in the last 20 years!) but just in case. Please let me know when you may be able to come and discuss and advise any options for our property.
