Project Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to construct a retaining wall on our property. The retaining wall will be approximately 10 meters long with varying heights (2 to 4 meters approximately) and will be used to prevent erosion, maintain the stability of the surrounding landscape, and increase the usable area of our property. See pictures for reference. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.Site Preparation: Clearing of the work area Excavation and grading of the site Preparation of the foundation 2.Design and Planning: Consultation with the client to determine requirements and preferences Selection of suitable materials Design and planning of the retaining wall to increase the usable area of the property 3.Construction: Installation of the retaining wall Backfilling and compaction of the soil behind the retaining wall Drainage installation 4.Site Cleanup: Removal of debris and excess materials Final site cleanup Project Requirements: The contractor must possess the following qualifications: Demonstrated experience in managing similar projects Proper licensing and insurance Positive references from previous clients Applications: Interested contractors should submit an application that includes the following information: Company background and qualifications Description of the proposed approach, methodology, and materials Timeline for completion of the project Proposed cost estimate, including a breakdown of all costs References from previous clients If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
